This rebrand of GVLT (Gallatin Valley Land Trust) was rooted in the idea of making the outdoors feel more welcoming and accessible to the community it serves. I wanted to move away from anything that felt harsh or overly institutional, and instead build a visual identity that reflects calm, openness, and connection to place.
The new system is designed to feel warm and approachable while still staying clean and functional across applications. To bring the identity into real-world use, I developed a range of touchpoints including postcards, postage stamps, a website concept, and flag banners, all working together to reinforce a consistent and community-focused presence.
